Ingredients
Method
- Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C), with the butter in a small heatproof bowl inside while it heats, 3–4 minutes, until melted.
- Without pulling the rolls apart, slice the whole slab in half horizontally with a serrated knife. Set the bottom half in a 9×13-inch baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the bottom half, then layer on the turkey, spinach and cheddar. Put the top half back on.
- Stir the Dijon mustard, thyme and garlic powder into the melted butter and brush it all over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–8 minutes more, until the tops are golden, the cheese has melted and the filling is piping hot (165°F / 74°C).
- Cut along the roll lines into 12 sliders and serve 3 per person with the apple slices.
